Comments: Concentrating on keeping my knees out on squats and pushing my hips back. Could not jerk 5x5. Was almost out by second set, managed to get the hang of it though, executed some great clean and jerks. Chest-high pull ups nothing much fancy. It's been a long while since I did a muscle up.
