So whats for breakfast?

3 tablespoons quick cooking oatmeal
3 tablespoons rolled oatmeal
1 tablespoon Horlicks
1 tablespoon wheatgerm
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon olive oil, cold pressed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 handful pumpkin seeds
1 handful almonds

2 hard boiled eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup water
