Comments: Trying to squat with better form, keep up with the first session of the intense mesocycle. Suppose to do bench press but was lazy and perspiring over, did not feel like making the bench soak with my perspiration. Dips were still manageable, I think when I hit 25kg dips I might need to do something different. Gym's max is only 25! Hah ya la show off!
