Comments: The squats frequency was much faster than previously. Good thing, less lazy feeling. I guess I can point out my flaws, from set 4, some of the reps are wobbly on the way down. Working on that should bring me closer to having a stronger foundation. Strong base - higher peak! Did some skin-the-cats, one arm negatives, L-sit pull ups.
