Comments: Squats were inhumane, and I messed up the weight on the first 5 sets. It was suppose to be 10x3 for 107.5, didn't realise that till I was half way through. Finally today is over, REST DAY tomorrow! Working on the pull ups till i can get 3 consecutive pull ups reaching the nipple line, currently its only at one. Shall do as much Myofascial as I can for tonight.
