New Breakfast

I'm trying out egg salad (for breakfast) from now on just to see whether i can cut down on my acne by removing as much unnecessary carbs (bread, grains ect) So that means no oats in the morning. I still keep my Quinoa. I'll reintroduce them slowly once the acne clears up hopefully. Eating one now while writing this entry. Soya sauce and sesame make a great dressing!

Egg Salad

Greens

Lettuce
Onion
Carrot
Celery

Dressing

Extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
Lime (optional)
Soya Sauce
Paprika
Ground Oregano
Spaghetti Balognese Herb Mix (yes i do cheat)

So you do the usual just mix them up then topped with chopped walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Add the sliced hard boiled eggs on top, sprinkle some salt and EAT!

I initially wanted to try peanut butter but i figured it makes the dressing too thick like sludge, so I'm going off to eat my tablespoon of peanut butter now!

Concentrating on keeping my knees out on squats and pushing my hips back. Could not jerk 5x5. Was almost out by second set, managed to get the hang of it though, executed some great clean and jerks. Chest-high pull ups nothing much fancy. It's been a long while since I did a muscle up.
