Comments:
Working to up the squats. Did some rows, seemed okay like it was kinda easy. Did some curls, felt very light when i took it off the rack, but curling from middle to top was slightly hard, made it through.

Squats were quite nice for the 1st set i think. Subsequently I leaned abit on the 2nd set. Can't remember for how many sets. That has to be rectified! Did a few skin the cats, tuck levers, and tried advanced tuck lever. Getting there slowly. One arm negatives were quite good.

Skin-the-cats, one arm negatives, L-sit pull ups as usual. Added some muscle ups on the safety pins. Should be improving on my shoulder strength/stamina soon.

Comments:
The squats frequency was much faster than previously. Good thing, less lazy feeling. I guess I can point out my flaws, from set 4, some of the reps are wobbly on the way down. Working on that should bring me closer to having a stronger foundation. Strong base - higher peak! Did some skin-the-cats, one arm negatives, L-sit pull ups.
