Just browsing fb and saw grace's photos of ireland, the picture of the polar bears in the shop window during christmas, motivates me to want to provide a good life for my precious TAY YU LING. How to achieve, still got so many small things I've yet to achieve. Find a suitable/likeable course in uni, and still have to tackle driving. Many things coming le, BABY'S birthday, her cousin's wedding as well as Christmas. I'm sorry that I can't be with you during your birthday baby dear. We shall celebrate it on Hari Raya that long stretch of break okay (K)(K)(K)

Last sunday
Well things did not go as I wanted it to go for the last weekend before going for enlistment. I still had the best time laughing and playing with my dear at Yishun MacDonalds =D Had so much fun keeping her company :-* will miss you VERY MUCH when I go in. Hang in okay 17th can spend time with me!

Why does it always turn out this way
I'm sorry how things turned out last night. Amazing isn't it how I seem to be so full of empty promises. Slow, late, short tempered. I did not even go out of the way just to serve you. Abit the useless, I know now. It seems every time I try to make up for something, something else happens.

Comments: Squats were quite nice for the 1st set i think. Subsequently I leaned abit on the 2nd set. Can't remember for how many sets. That has to be rectified! Did a few skin the cats, tuck levers, and tried advanced tuck lever. Getting there slowly. One arm negatives were quite good.

Comments: The squats frequency was much faster than previously. Good thing, less lazy feeling. I guess I can point out my flaws, from set 4, some of the reps are wobbly on the way down. Working on that should bring me closer to having a stronger foundation. Strong base - higher peak! Did some skin-the-cats, one arm negatives, L-sit pull ups.
